1. Grinding Machine Bed
* Made of high-grade cast iron, with normalized heat treatment and natural aging treatment to stabilize the internal structure and ensure robustness and wear resistance during use. Reasonable mechanical design and excellent materials ensure minimal deformation and robust wear resistance during use.

 

2. Grinding Wheel and Guide Wheel Device
* The grinding machine tool adopts a fixed grinding wheel head and a movable guide wheel head layout.
* The grinding wheel has a cantilever structure, the grinding wheel spindle diameter is relatively large, and the grinding wheel spindle uses a rolling bearing spindle.
* The guide wheel spindle adopts a double-support rolling bearing spindle structure, ensuring high rotational accuracy.

 

3. Feed Device
* The guide wheel frame feed uses a servo motor-driven ball screw mechanism. The feed guide rail uses a high-rigidity double V-type needle roller guide rail, driven by a high-resolution servo motor, ensuring high precision in micro-feeding, with a minimum feed amount of 0.0001mm.

 

4. Dressing Device
* The grinding wheel dresser's reciprocating guide rail uses a plastic-coated guide rail. Both feed and reciprocation are driven by a servo motor-driven ball screw mechanism, allowing for arbitrary dressing of steps. Automatic compensation function for grinding wheel dressing is available. Maintenance is convenient, with a minimum feed amount of 0.0001mm and online compensation capability.
* The guide wheel dresser's reciprocating guide rail uses a double V-type needle roller guide rail. Feed is via a handwheel, and reciprocation is driven by a geared motor-driven ball screw mechanism.

 

5. Cooling Device
* The cooling system uses a magnetic separator filter device.

 

6. Electrical Control System
* The operating system adopts the Mitsubishi R-series system from Japan, featuring an automatic infeed grinding program. Feed rate, speed, time, and step difference are all adjustable. Combining domestic and international grinding machine control technologies, it boasts a professional touchscreen control interface design, simple operation, and ease of learning and use, greatly improving work efficiency.
