Product Introduction
The MX-M11100 series wide-wheel centerless grinding machine is mainly used to grind the outer ring surfaces of various bearings with a diameter of φ10~100mm and the outer surfaces of various other similar parts with equal diameters. The wide-wheel centerless grinder also has an automatic cutting mechanism and a hydraulic and electrical control system for the manipulator. Therefore, after being equipped with the necessary manipulator loading and unloading devices and other special devices, the machine can also be used for cutting and forming grinding.

The MX-M11100 wide-wheel centerless grinding machine utilizes ultra-wide grinding wheels (typically over 300mm wide, even reaching 600mm-1000mm) specifically designed to solve the challenges of efficient, high-precision grinding of long shaft parts.
* Pain Point: Ordinary centerless grinders use narrower grinding wheels (typically 150-200mm), requiring multiple reciprocating passes or extremely slow feed rates when grinding long shafts, resulting in low efficiency and a tendency to produce chatter marks.
* Solution: By widening the grinding wheel, a longer workpiece area can be covered in a single pass. Combined with optimized guide wheel angles and a rigid structure, this achieves "one-pass, full-process forming," significantly improving production efficiency and ensuring cylindricity.

• Ultra-Wide Grinding Wheel Spindle System
* Grinding Wheel Size: Standard grinding wheel width is typically between 300mm and 600mm, with custom widths exceeding 1000mm. Outer diameter is typically 600mm to 900mm.
* Spindle Rigidity: Due to the wide and heavy grinding wheels and the wide distribution of grinding forces, the spindle must employ an ultra-large diameter design. It is typically equipped with hydrostatic bearings or extremely high-precision dynamically balanced rolling bearings to resist the enormous radial loads and prevent spindle bending deformation.

* Bed Structure: Typically made of mineral castings or thickened stiffened cast iron, with a significantly increased length to support the wide grinding wheel assembly and the grinding stroke of long workpieces.
* Extended Workrest Blade: The workrest blade is much longer than that of ordinary models and must possess extremely high straightness and wear resistance. It is usually made entirely of carbide or inlaid with carbide strips to prevent long workpieces from sagging or vibrating under their own weight during grinding.
• Powerful Cooling and Chip Removal System
* Multi-point Spray: Due to the large grinding contact area and high heat generation, the cooling system uses multiple sets of high-pressure nozzles to spray evenly along the width of the grinding wheel, ensuring that the coolant can penetrate deep into the grinding zone and prevent workpiece burns.
* Large-capacity Filtration: The large amount of grinding chips generated requires a large magnetic separator, paper tape filter, or centrifugal separator to keep the coolant clean.
