It features automatic workpiece feeding, grinding, and ejection, enabling true continuous production and remarkable efficiency. By precisely adjusting the grinding wheel, selecting appropriate abrasive particles, and utilizing suitable coolant, it can directly attain mirror-grade surface roughness (Ra value as low as 0.2μm or below). Main Features

 

* Machine Bed

Use high-quality castings for normalized heat treatment and natural aging treatment to stabilize the internal structure and ensure that it is strong and wear-resistant during use with small deformation.

 

* Grinding Wheel & Guide Wheel Device

1. The grinding wheel spindle bearing is a four-piece tiltable ball head support bearing with high precision.

2. The guide wheel spindle structure adopts double support, and the bearing adopts four tiltable ball head support bearings, which has large load-bearing capacity and high precision.

3. The guide wheel adopts AC frequency conversion stepless speed regulation device, which can not only steplessly adjust the speed, but also has anti-drag function.

 

* Feeding Device

The feeding mechanism adopts a servo motor to drive a high-precision planetary gear reducer, and drives the ball screw through the coupling to achieve feeding.

 

* Dressing Device

The grinding wheel dresser adopts servo motor ball screw drive, which can dress any step without profiling plate. The guide wheel dresser reciprocates by motor driven ball screw, which has stepless speed regulation, and the dresser has good low-speed movement performance, which can complete the automatic dressing program.

 

* Electrical Control Device

1. The operation adopts 10" touch screen human-computer dialogue, with automatic cutting and grinding program, feed rate, speed, time, step difference are all adjustable.

2. The electrical system adopts Japan Mitsubishi system (Siemens system is optional)
