High Precision Centerless Grinding Machine

The MX-M1080B series high precision centerless grinding machine is a replacement product for small and medium-sized high-precision centerless cylindrical grinders. It features a reasonable design, convenient assembly, good machinability, high versatility, safety and reliability, and easy maintenance. It is mainly used for the efficient and precision machining of rotating parts such as shafts, pins, and bearing rollers, and has significantly improved grinding efficiency and ease of operation.

With high material removal rates, it excels in both rough grinding and fine finishing operations, enabling the rapid attainment of dimensional and precision requirements for forged or rolled workpieces.

• Bed: Constructed from high-rigidity cast iron and aged to ensure long-term stability and vibration resistance.

• Grinding Wheel: Rotates at high speed for cutting and grinding. Typical dimensions are φ500×150×305mm, with a rotation speed of approximately 1300 r/min.

• Guide Wheel: Rotates at low speed in the same direction, driving the workpiece rotation and controlling the feed. The tilt angle can be finely adjusted in the vertical/horizontal plane to achieve through grinding or plunge grinding.

• Support: Supports the workpiece, forming a three-point support with the grinding wheel and guide roller, eliminating the need for workpiece center hole positioning.

• Dressing Device: Used for automatic/manual dressing of the grinding wheel and guide roller to ensure grinding accuracy.

• Electrical Control Cabinet: Independently installed, integrating hydraulic, electrical control, and cooling systems to ensure stable equipment operation.
