Product Introduction

MX-M1083B series automatic centerless grinding machine delivers exceptional through-feed grinding capability, enabling efficient full-length processing of long bar and tube materials. Its flexible configuration allows for quick production transitions. This can be achieved by simply replacing the support plate and adjusting the angles of the guide wheel and the grinding wheel, which can accommodate workpieces of varying diameters and lengths. With high efficiency, low scrap rates, and reduced requirements for labor and auxiliary tools, this machine offers highly competitive unit costs in mass production.

 

The MX-M1083B automatic centerless grinding machine is mainly used for through-grinding of cylindrical surfaces of various ring parts and shaft parts; manual plunge-type grinding of various steps, cones, and cylindrical rotating surfaces.

1. Grinding Capacity

• Workpiece Diameter Range: Supports a wide range from 0.5mm (micro pins) to 300mm (large rolls).

• Workpiece Length Range: Standard support up to 2 meters; optional extended bed supports machining of ultra-long shafts up to 6 meters.

• Maximum Removal: Maximum removal in a single grinding pass can reach 0.5mm (depending on material hardness).

3. Mechanical Configuration

and high thermal stability.

4. Cooling & Auxiliaries

• Cooling Pump: High-pressure, high-flow centrifugal pump (20 bar, 100 L/min), with magnetic separator + paper tape filter.

• Temperature Control System: Optional chiller unit, capable of controlling grinding fluid temperature within ±0.5℃.

• Chip Removal System: Spiral chip conveyor & chain plate chip conveyor automatically transports grinding chips to the chip collection cart.

• Lubrication System: Employs an automatic timed and metered lubrication device to ensure the service life of the guide rails and lead screw.

 

5. Utility Requirements

• Power Supply: 3-phase AC 380V / 400V / 415V, 50/60Hz (customizable according to region).

• Total Power: 35 kW - 60 kW (depending on model).

• Air Supply: 0.5 - 0.7 MPa, consumption < 200 L/min (for sealing and purging).

• Ambient Temperature: Recommended 20℃ ± 2℃ (a temperature-controlled workshop is recommended for high-precision machining).
