MX-M1050A series precision centerless grinding machine is mainly used for through-grinding of the outer surfaces of cylindrical and annular parts; semi-automatic or automatic cut-in grinding is performed for cones with a taper less than 1:20 and various molded rotating parts.

• Eliminates "Central Concavity": Regardless of workpiece length, whether it's 2 meters or 4 meters, consistent diameter is guaranteed throughout the entire length, with cylindricity easily controlled within 0.002mm/500mm.
• Efficiency Revolution: The workpiece completes all machining in a single pass through the grinding zone, eliminating the need for reciprocating motion. Single-piece cycle time is measured in seconds, increasing efficiency by over 300% compared to traditional reciprocating grinding.


Intelligent CNC and Closed-Loop Compensation
• Multi-Axis CNC Linkage: Equipped with a high-end [Siemens/Fanuc] CNC system, achieving precise digital control of grinding wheel head feed (X-axis), guide wheel speed/angle (Z/C-axis), and dresser movement.
• Online Measurement Closed-Loop: Integrates a high-precision laser diameter gauge or contact measuring instrument for real-time workpiece dimension monitoring. The system automatically compensates for grinding wheel wear, thermal deformation, and tool wear, ensuring consistent accuracy between the first and last pieces, with a stable CPK value ≥ 1.67.
• Adaptive Grinding: Built-in intelligent algorithm automatically adjusts feed speed based on grinding current feedback to prevent workpiece burn-out or overload.
Comprehensive Temperature Control and Cooling
• Constant Temperature Cooling System: Equipped with a high-precision chiller unit, it independently controls the temperature of grinding fluid, spindle lubricant, and hydraulic system, keeping temperature fluctuations within ±0.5℃ to eliminate the impact of thermal deformation on precision.
